The wooden latrine (toilet) seat was discovered by Andrew Birley, Director of Excavations, in the deep preHadrianic trenches at the Roman fort of Vindolanda, which was a key military post on the northern frontier of Britain before the building of Hadrian's Wall.<br />According to the Vindolanda Charitable Trust, there are many examples of stone and marble seat benches from across the Roman Empire but this is believed to be the only surviving wooden seat, almost perfectly preserved in the anaerobic, oxygen free, conditions which exist at Vindolanda. Although this wooden seat is not as grand as a marble or stone toilet bench, it would be far more comfortable to sit on in the cool climate of Britannia, the trust said.<br /><br />The seat has clearly been well used and was decommissioned from its original purpose and discarded among the rubbish left behind in the final fort at the site before the construction of Hadrian's Wall started in the early second century.<br /><br />“There is always great excitement when you find something that has never been seen before and this discovery is wonderful,“ Birley said.<br /><br />“We know a lot about Roman toilets from previous excavations at the site and from the wider Roman world which have included many fabulous Roman latrines but never before have we had the pleasure of seeing a surviving and perfectly preserved wooden seat.<br /><br />“As soon as we started to uncover it there was no doubt at all on what we had found. It is made from a very well worked piece of wood and looks pretty comfortable,“ Barley said.<br /><br />“Now we need to find the toilet that went with it as Roman loos are fascinating places to excavate -their drains often contain astonishing artifacts,“ he said.<br /><br />According to the trust, discoveries at Vindolanda from latrines have included a baby boot, coins, a betrothal medallion, and a bronze lamp. The wooden seat will take up to 18 months to conserve and once this process is complete the artifact will be put on display at the Roman Army Museum.</div>

Saina Nehwal survived a scare to reach the quarterfinals of the World Badminton Championships at the Ballerup Sports Arena in Copenhagen on Thursday. The world No.7 got off to a stuttering start but recovered just in time to down fast rising Japanese youngster Sayaka Takahashi 14-21, 21-18, 21-12. Later, in a see-saw battle, PV Sindhu squeezed past Yeon Ju Bae of Korea 19-21, 22-20, 25-23 to join Saina in the last eight.<br /><br />Meanwhile, women's singles world champion Ratchanok Intanon was knocked out by Minatsu Mitani of Japan 21-8, 12-21, 18-21. The Thai champion shuttler suffered injuries after her world title last year and has struggled to regain her form.<br /><br />Saina was slow off the blocks as the Japanese girl began with a 4-0 lead in the first game. Though Saina reduced the lead and stayed close till 11-9, Sayaka raced ahead after the mandatory break by securing six successive points. Leading 17-9, Sayaka defended her lead quite well and did not allow the Indian to make a comeback. After the shock, Saina quickly changed her strategy . She first slowed down the pace of the game and was cruising ahead comfortably at 7-3. However, the world No.14 was in no mood to relent as she stunned the Indian by securing six straight points to surge ahead to 9-7.Sayaka looked like producing a big upset of the day when she trailed the Indian at 13-8 and then at 14-9.Facing an uphill task, Saina first concentrated on cutting down the lead and at 17-18 she notched up four winners to extend the contest into the third game.<br /><br />Sayaka, running out of gas in the third game, was in the contest only till the seventh point. From then on it was Saina all the way . The Indian widened the gap to 12-7 and then to 16-8. After the change of courts, Sayaka offered no fight and caved in meekly.<br /><br />Saina will now face world No.1 Li Xuerui of China in the quarterfinals on Friday. Saina, who also reached the quarters at the last edition in China, has lost to Xuerui seven times in their nine meetings. Li lashes out at Saina Chinese Olympic champion and Saina's opponent in the quarterfinals on Friday , Li lashed out at the Indian on Thursday . <span style="font-size: large;">सोसाइटी आफ इंडियन आटोमोबाइल मैन्युफैक्चर्स के अप्रैल-जुलाई के ताजा आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, कारों का निर्यात 5.02 प्रतिशत घटकर 1,71,274 इकाइयों का रहा जो बीते साल की इसी अवधि में 1,80,332 इकाइयों का था। सियाम के महानिदेशक विष्णु माथुर ने कहा, आज भारतीय कारों का निर्यात नयी दिशा ले रहा है। पहले ज्यादातर निर्यात यूरोप और दक्षिण एशिया को होता था, लेकिन दोनों जगह नरमी है और कंपनियां लातिन अमेरिका व अफ्रीका में नए बाजार तैयार करने पर ध्यान दे रही हैं। यूरोप और पड़ोसी देशों में हुए घाटे से उबरने में समय लगेगा। भारत की सबसे बड़ी कार निर्यातक हुंदै ने यूरोप के लिए माडलों का उत्पादन तुर्की व चेक गणराज्य ले जाने के बाद अपने चेन्नई संयंत्र से यूरोप के लिए निर्यात बंद कर दिया है। कंपनी के इस कदम से उसके चेन्नई संयंत्र से निर्यात में करीब 25 प्रतिशत की कमी आएगी और इस साल यह 1.9 लाख इकाइयों का रह जाएगा जो पिछले साल 2.53 लाख इकाइयों का था। पिछले साल भारत से कारों के कुल निर्यात में हुंदै का 45 प्रतिशत योगदान रहा।<br /><br />दूसरी ओर, र्शीलंका, बांग्लादेश और नेपाल जैसे पड़ोसी देशों में चुनौतियों से भी भारत ने कारों के निर्यात के अवसर गंवाए हैं। माथुर ने कहा, हमारे पड़ोस में, र्शीलंका को निर्यात पर रोक है, जबकि बांग्लादेश सेकेंड हैंड वाहनों का बाजार बन गया है और इसी तरह की स्थिति नेपाल व भूटान में है जिससे हमारी छोटी कारों का निर्यात गैर-प्रतिस्पर्धी बन गया है।<br /></span></div>

<span style="font-size: small;"><br />“Almost three quarters of the part of the wall built in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) is poorly preserved, and less than 10 per cent is in a relatively sound condition,” Wu Guoqiang, secretary-general of the China Great Wall Society told a seminar.<br /><br />The society was founded in 1987 and is dedicated to researching, protecting and restoring the Great Wall.<br /><br />Wu said that both humans and nature are posing severe threats to the Great Wall, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.<br /><br />The Great Wall was built from the 3rd century BC till the 17th century AD as military defence. It was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1987.<br /><br />Over a four million tourists visit the Great Wall every year as it is the centre of China’s tourism campaign. Each tourist pays about USD 17 to visit it different places, especially in Beijing.<br /><br />“We must brook no delay in salvaging and protecting the Great Wall,” Wu said.<br /><br />Various natural factors, including earthquakes, floods and erosion, have taken their toll on the Wall, but the main culprit is humans.<br /><br />“Damage from human activity is growing more and more exacerbating,” Wu said citing construction projects approved by local governments with no preservation concerns.<br /><br />People pluck bricks and soil from the Great Wall and even grow plants on it, Wu said, adding that such cases usually occur in remote regions and are difficult to control. To make matters worse, the Wall extends for more than 20,000 km through many remote regions with impoverished governments who lack the funds and skills to protect their sections.<br /><br />Wu called for a thorough management system to enforce protective measures, a special preservation fund as well as scientific and technological input.<br /><br />“The Great Wall is the most recognisable symbol of China in the world, and it must be kept alive,” Wu said. </span></div>

CBI officials coming out of the NE TV office with siezed documents after the raid conducted in connection with the Saradha chit fund scam, in Guwahati on Saturday. <br /><br />CBI on Saturday conducted searches at 56 places, including the premises of BJD MLA Pravata Tripathy and owner of a local newspaper in Odisha, in connection with the multi-crore Saradha chit fund scam. Searches were carried out at as many as 54 places in Odisha and two in Mumbai by sleuths of the CBI which has claimed that they were looking for money trail in the case.<br /><br />The CBI began their searches in the wee hours on Saturday at multiple locations including Bhubaneswar, Baleswar and Brahmapur, official sources said. Besides the residential and office premises of Tripathi who was the Chief Whip of BJD in last state Assembly, the sleuths searched the houses and offices of chairman-cum managing director and other directors of Artha Tatwa Group and their relatives, they added.<br /><br />Premises of Secretary of Odisha Cricket Association, Ashirbad Behra, proprietor of local newspaper Bikash Swain and former Congress youth leader Samdit Kuntia were also searched. When contacted, Tripathy confirmed that CBI searches were being conducted at his premises but denied any involvement in the scam. “I don’t have any connection with the chit-fund scam,” he said.<br /><br />CBI officials said that his ancestral house in Khurda and two other places including his official residences at Cuttak and Bhubaneswar were being searched by the sleuths in connection with the chit fund scam. CBI has alleged that the MLA “was taking protection money from some of the accused”, a charge denied by Tripathy.<br /><br />Tripathy claimed he was being targeted as he had attended some of the meetings of chit fund companies when they were operating as co-operative societies. Behra, on being contacted, refused to comment on the searches being carried out by the CBI.<br /></div>

Report Collected From WHO officials: Ebola virus disease (EVD), formerly known as Ebola haemorrhagic fever, is a severe, often fatal illness in humans.<br />    EVD outbreaks have a case fatality rate of up to 90%.<br />    EVD outbreaks occur primarily in remote villages in Central and West Africa, near tropical rainforests.<br />    The virus is transmitted to people from wild animals and spreads in the human population through human-to-human transmission.<br />    Fruit bats of the Pteropodidae family are considered to be the natural host of the Ebola virus.<br />    Severely ill patients require intensive supportive care. No licensed specific treatment or vaccine is available for use in people or animals.<br /><br />Ebola first appeared in 1976 in 2 simultaneous outbreaks, in Nzara, Sudan, and in Yambuku, Democratic Republic of Congo. The latter was in a village situated near the Ebola River, from which the disease takes its name.<br /><br />Genus Ebolavirus is 1 of 3 members of the Filoviridae family (filovirus), along with genus Marburgvirus and genus Cuevavirus. Genus Ebolavirus comprises 5 distinct species:<br /><br />    Bundibugyo ebolavirus (BDBV)<br />    Zaire ebolavirus (EBOV)<br />    Reston ebolavirus (RESTV)<br />    Sudan ebolavirus (SUDV)<br />    Taï Forest ebolavirus (TAFV).<br /><br />BDBV, EBOV, and SUDV have been associated with large EVD outbreaks in Africa, whereas RESTV and TAFV have not. The RESTV species, found in Philippines and the People’s Republic of China, can infect humans, but no illness or death in humans from this species has been reported to date.<br />Transmission<br /><br />Ebola is introduced into the human population through close contact with the blood, secretions, organs or other bodily fluids of infected animals. In Africa, infection has been documented through the handling of infected chimpanzees, gorillas, fruit bats, monkeys, forest antelope and porcupines found ill or dead or in the rainforest.<br /><br />Ebola then spreads in the community through human-to-human transmission, with infection resulting from direct contact (through broken skin or mucous membranes) with the blood, secretions, organs or other bodily fluids of infected people, and indirect contact with environments contaminated with such fluids. Burial ceremonies in which mourners have direct contact with the body of the deceased person can also play a role in the transmission of Ebola. Men who have recovered from the disease can still transmit the virus through their semen for up to 7 weeks after recovery from illness.<br /><br />Health-care workers have frequently been infected while treating patients with suspected or confirmed EVD. This has occurred through close contact with patients when infection control precautions are not strictly practiced.<br /><br />Among workers in contact with monkeys or pigs infected with Reston ebolavirus, several infections have been documented in people who were clinically asymptomatic. Thus, RESTV appears less capable of causing disease in humans than other Ebola species.<br /><br />However, the only available evidence available comes from healthy adult males. It would be premature to extrapolate the health effects of the virus to all population groups, such as immuno-compromised persons, persons with underlying medical conditions, pregnant women and children. More studies of RESTV are needed before definitive conclusions can be drawn about the pathogenicity and virulence of this virus in humans.<br />Signs and symptoms<br /><br />EVD is a severe acute viral illness often characterized by the sudden onset of fever, intense weakness, muscle pain, headache and sore throat. This is followed by vomiting, diarrhoea, rash, impaired kidney and liver function, and in some cases, both internal and external bleeding. Laboratory findings include low white blood cell and platelet counts and elevated liver enzymes.<br /><br />People are infectious as long as their blood and secretions contain the virus. Ebola virus was isolated from semen 61 days after onset of illness in a man who was infected in a laboratory.<br /><br />The incubation period, that is, the time interval from infection with the virus to onset of symptoms, is 2 to 21 days.<br />Diagnosis<br /><br />Other diseases that should be ruled out before a diagnosis of EVD can be made include: malaria, typhoid fever, shigellosis, cholera, leptospirosis, plague, rickettsiosis, relapsing fever, meningitis, hepatitis and other viral haemorrhagic fevers.<br /><br />Ebola virus infections can be diagnosed definitively in a laboratory through several types of tests:<br /><br />    antibody-capture enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)<br />    antigen detection tests<br />    serum neutralization test<br />    reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assay<br />    electron microscopy<br />    virus isolation by cell culture.<br /><br />Samples from patients are an extreme biohazard risk; testing should be conducted under maximum biological containment conditions.<br />Vaccine and treatment<br /><br />No licensed vaccine for EVD is available. Several vaccines are being tested, but none are available for clinical use.<br /><br />Severely ill patients require intensive supportive care. Patients are frequently dehydrated and require oral rehydration with solutions containing electrolytes or intravenous fluids.<br /><br />No specific treatment is available. New drug therapies are being evaluated.<br />Natural host of Ebola virus<br /><br />In Africa, fruit bats, particularly species of the genera Hypsignathus monstrosus, Epomops franqueti and Myonycteris torquata, are considered possible natural hosts for Ebola virus. As a result, the geographic distribution of Ebolaviruses may overlap with the range of the fruit bats.<br />Ebola virus in animals<br /><br />Although non-human primates have been a source of infection for humans, they are not thought to be the reservoir but rather an accidental host like human beings. Since 1994, Ebola outbreaks from the EBOV and TAFV species have been observed in chimpanzees and gorillas.<br /><br />RESTV has caused severe EVD outbreaks in macaque monkeys (Macaca fascicularis) farmed in Philippines and detected in monkeys imported into the USA in 1989, 1990 and 1996, and in monkeys imported to Italy from Philippines in 1992.<br /><br />Since 2008, RESTV viruses have been detected during several outbreaks of a deadly disease in pigs in People’s Republic of China and Philippines. Asymptomatic infection in pigs has been reported and experimental inoculations have shown that RESTV cannot cause disease in pigs.<br />Prevention and control<br />Controlling Reston ebolavirus in domestic animals<br /><br />No animal vaccine against RESTV is available. Routine cleaning and disinfection of pig or monkey farms (with sodium hypochlorite or other detergents) should be effective in inactivating the virus.<br /><br />If an outbreak is suspected, the premises should be quarantined immediately. Culling of infected animals, with close supervision of burial or incineration of carcasses, may be necessary to reduce the risk of animal-to-human transmission. Restricting or banning the movement of animals from infected farms to other areas can reduce the spread of the disease.<br /><br />As RESTV outbreaks in pigs and monkeys have preceded human infections, the establishment of an active animal health surveillance system to detect new cases is essential in providing early warning for veterinary and human public health authorities.<br />Reducing the risk of Ebola infection in people<br /><br />In the absence of effective treatment and a human vaccine, raising awareness of the risk factors for Ebola infection and the protective measures individuals can take is the only way to reduce human infection and death.<br /><br />In Africa, during EVD outbreaks, educational public health messages for risk reduction should focus on several factors:<br /><br />    Reducing the risk of wildlife-to-human transmission from contact with infected fruit bats or monkeys/apes and the consumption of their raw meat. Animals should be handled with gloves and other appropriate protective clothing. Animal products (blood and meat) should be thoroughly cooked before consumption.<br />    Reducing the risk of human-to-human transmission in the community arising from direct or close contact with infected patients, particularly with their bodily fluids. Close physical contact with Ebola patients should be avoided. Gloves and appropriate personal protective equipment should be worn when taking care of ill patients at home. Regular hand washing is required after visiting patients in hospital, as well as after taking care of patients at home.<br />    Communities affected by Ebola should inform the population about the nature of the disease and about outbreak containment measures, including burial of the dead. Appropriate biosecurity measures should be in place to limit transmission. For RESTV, educational public health messages should focus on reducing the risk of pig-to-human transmission as a result of unsafe animal husbandry and slaughtering practices, and unsafe consumption of fresh blood, raw milk or animal tissue. Gloves and other appropriate protective clothing should be worn when handling sick animals or their tissues and when slaughtering animals. In regions where RESTV has been reported in pigs, all animal products (blood, meat and milk) should be thoroughly cooked before eating.<br />Controlling infection in health-care settings<br /><br />Human-to-human transmission of the Ebola virus is primarily associated with direct or indirect contact with blood and body fluids. Transmission to health-care workers has been reported when appropriate infection control measures have not been observed.<br /><br />It is not always possible to identify patients with EBV early because initial symptoms may be non-specific. For this reason, it is important that health-care workers apply standard precautions consistently with all patients – regardless of their diagnosis – in all work practices at all times. <span style="font-size: large;">पिछले दिनों आंध्र प्रदेश के काकीनाड़ा में तीन ब्लाइंड स्टूडेंट्स को स्कूल टीचर द्वारा पीटे जाने के मामले में एनएचआरसी ने आंध्र प्रदेश के चीफ सेक्रेटरी को नोटिस जारी कर जवाब दाखिल करने को कहा है। इसके साथ भी कई राज्यों में इस तरह के केस समय अन्तराल के बाद आते रहते हैं समय-2 पर हाई कोर्ट ने कॉरपोरल निशमेंट (शारीरिक सजा) को गैरकानूनी और असंवैधानिक कहा है। एनसीपीसीआर (नैशनल कमिशन फॉर प्रोटक्शन ऑफ चाइल्ड राइट्स) ने भी कॉरपोरल पनिशमेंट को रोकने के लिए गाइडलाइंस जारी की हुई हैं। यह जानना जरूरी है कि कॉरपोरल पनिशमेंट कहते किसे हैं और इसके लिए क्या कानूनी प्रावधान हैं।</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">ऑल इंडिया पैरंट्स असोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष व जाने-माने वकील अशोक अग्रवाल बताते हैं कि एनसीपीसीआर ने कॉरपोरल पनिशनमेंट को रोकने के लिए गाइडलाइंस बनाए थे। केंद्र सरकार ने तमाम स्कूलों को उसे लागू करने के लिए सर्कुलर जारी किया हुआ है। इसके तहत बच्चों के साथ की जाने वाली किसी भी तरह की प्रताड़ना को कॉरपोरल पनिशमेंट माना गया है। अगर बच्चों का शारीरिक तौर पर किसी भी तरह से शोषण किया जाता है तो वह कॉरपोरल पनिशनमेंट है। अगर उन्हें पीटा जाता है या कुछ ऐसा किया जाता है कि वे असहज महसूस करें या किसी भी तरह से शारीरिक नुकसान पहुंचाया जाता है मसलन चाटा मारना, कान ऐंठना आदि तो यह सब कॉरपोरल पनिशमेंट के दायरे में होगा। बच्चे को किसी खास पोजिशन में खड़ा रखना, बेंच पर खड़ा करना, मुर्गा बनाना, कान पकड़कर खड़ा रखना, गलत तरीके से पुकारना भी इसी दायरे में है। बच्चे को किसी भी तरह से शारीरिक या मानसिक तौर पर नुकसान पहुंचता है तो वह कॉरपोरल पनिशनमेंट माना जाएगा।</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">कानूनी जानकार बताते हैं कि राइट टु एजुकेशन एक्ट में भी कॉरपोरल पनिशमेंट का जिक्र है। राइट टु एजुकेशन एक्ट-17 में प्रावधान है कि अगर कोई टीचर किसी स्टूडेंट को मानसिक या शारीरिक तौर पर प्रताड़ित करता है तो उसके खिलाफ अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की जाए। हालांकि आरटीई में इसे गंभीर नहीं माना गया है। अशोक अग्रवाल बताते हैं कि अगर कानून में संशोधन कर आरटीई में इसे गंभीर मिसकंडक्ट करार दिया जाएगा तो इसके लिए दोषी टीचर की नौकरी भी जा सकती है। फिलहाल आरटीई के तहत इस मामले में सर्विस रूल्स के तहत ही कार्रवाई का प्रावधान है।</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">जूवनाइल जस्टिस एक्ट-23 में कहा गया है कि अगर बच्चा किसी की देखरेख में है और उसे मानसिक या शारीरिक तौर पर प्रताड़ित किया जाता है तो दोषियों पर जुर्माना और 6 महीने तक की कैद हो सकती है। अगर किसी बच्चे को स्कूल में प्रताड़ित किया जाता है तो पैरंट्स स्कूल प्रशासन के अलावा, नैशनल कमिशन फॉर प्रोटेक्शन ऑफ चाइल्ड राइट्स और राज्य सरकार के एजुकेशन डिपार्टमेंट में शिकायत कर सकते हैं। पुलिस में भी रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई जा सकती है। अगर बच्चे के साथ मारपीट की गई है तो पुलिस आईपीसी की धारा-323 (मारपीट), 324 (जख्मी करना), 325 (गंभीर जख्म पहुंचना) के तहत मामला दर्ज कर सकती है।</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">सूत्रों ने बताया कि 200 करोड़ के लोन को मंजूरी देने के लिए रिश्वत मांगी गई थी। बतौर एडवांस 50 लाख रुपये लेकर विजय पाहूजा दिल्ली से भोपाल आया था। जब वह विनीत और उसके बिल्डर भाई पुनीत गोधा को रकम दे रहा था, तभी सीबीआई ने दबोच लिया। ये दोनों सीएमडी सुधीर जैन के साले हैं। आरोप है कि रकम भूषण स्टील की ओर से विजय को दी गई थी। सीएमडी को बेंगलुरु से अरेस्ट किया गया। सीबीआई को उनके घर से 21 लाख रुपये, 1.68 करोड़ का गोल्ड और 63 लाख की एफडी बरामद हुईं। इस मामले में सीबीआई ने दो एफआईआर दर्ज की हैं, जिनमें भूषण स्टील के वाइस प्रेजिडेंट व एमडी नीरज सिंघल और प्रकाश इंडस्ट्रीज के सीएमडी वेदप्रकाश अग्रवाल का भी नाम है।</span><br />

Their PIL sought a moratorium on foreigners adopting Indian children, alleging children who are being illegally taken away to foreign countries faced post- adoption abuse because of the absence of any inter- country adoption guidelines in place.<br /><br />Solicitor General Ranjit Kumar urged the Bench to dismiss the PIL contending the same petitioners had filed a similar petition in the Bombay High Court. But the NGOs argued that the petition pending there was seeking a CBI probe into particular adoption cases and not a PIL. The SG also contended that detailed guidelines formulated on the basis of SC judgment in Lakshmi Kant Pandey ( 1984) were being strictly followed.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Why Adoption is Declining Trends In India</span></h2>
<span style="font-size: large;">AT A time when an increasing number of people wait to adopt a child, the number of children adopted in India is gradually declining. According to data from the Ministry of Women and Child Development, a total of 3,924 children were placed in- country adoption during 2013- 14, down from 5,964 during 2011- 12.<br /><br />In 2012- 13 too, there was a decline in the figure as only 4,694 children were adopted in India. Child rights activists believe the long- drawn process for legal adoption is perhaps killing the joy of adopting a child. The average time taken for an in- country adoption varies from six to eight months, depending on the availability of adoptable children in adoption agencies. In some cases, the procedure takes even longer. “ The cumbersome procedure of legal adoption in India is killing the essence of emotions in adopting and rearing a child by making it legally arduous.<br /><br />“Firstly, the child has to be made free for adoption by the Child Welfare Committee (CWC), then the Central Adoption Resource Authority’s (CARA) guidelines come into play, where the child is selected by parents and then parents are selected by local civil courts. This is a lingering and discouraging process,” said Shashank Shekhar, member of the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR).<br /><br />“Earlier it was done by the Juvenile Justice Board, and the issue was later given to courts in 2006. The most saddening thing in the process is that the child stays with prefoster care during the adoption process. If it fails, the child comes back to the agency or childcare home. Most of the time, adoptive parents live in stress and fear whether they will get the child or not,” he said. <br />Considering the problems in adopting children, the government is revising existing guidelines for adoption of Indian children. The guidelines are being revised to further simplify the procedure and minimise delays.<br /> </span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">हाल में ऐसा मामला सामने आया है, जिसमें मुंबई की बड़ी कंपनी ने बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट में गुहार लगाते इस सिंडिकेट की जांच केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) से कराने की मांग की है। अंधेरी की इस कंपनी का टर्नओवर 110 करोड़ रुपये है और उसने रॉयस लॉ फर्म की मार्फत दायर याचिका में कहा है कि यह इंटरनैशनल स्तर का अपराध है, जिसमें इंटरनेट का दुरुपयोग किया गया है, जिसकी जांच लोकल पुलिस नहीं कर सकती। याचिका में यह भी कहा गया कि इस रैकेट के जाल में और भी कंपनियां हो सकती हैं और यदि यह क्राइम नहीं रोका गया, तो न केवल इंडिया का इंटरनैशनल कारोबार घट सकता है, बल्कि इंडिया की गुडविल भी खराब हो सकती है।<br /><br />लॉ फर्म के एडवोकेट अनिरबेन रॉय ने बताया कि इस सिंडिकेट ने याचिकाकर्ता कंपनी का ई-मेल हैक कर लिया, फिर उसके क्लाइंट्स से ऐसे सौदे करता रहा, जैसे याचिकाकर्ता कंपनी ही कर कर रही है। सिंडिकेट ने कंपनी के कर्मचारियों-अधिकारियों के बारे में भी सूचनाएं पा लीं, जिनके आधार पर बैंक खाते खुलवाए और उनमें याचिकाकर्ता कंपनी को मिलने वाले भुगतान को क्रेडिट करा लिया। यहां तक कि एचएसबीसी जैसे बड़े बैंक की कनाडा शाखा से बैंक अडवाइस तक प्राप्त कर ली। सूचनाओं का आदान-प्रदान, सौदे और भुगतान ऐसे होते हैं, जैसे याचिकाकर्ता कंपनी और उनके वास्तविक ग्राहकों और बैंकों के बीच हो रहे हैं, जबकि पूरा खेल सिंडिकेट का है। एक मामले में तो सिंडिकेट ने कंपनी का फोन और बीबीएमएस ही ब्लॉक कर दिया।<br /><br />याचिका के मुताबिक, कंपनी ने अब तक 8 ऐसे केस पकड़े हैं, जो इंडोनेशिया, बेलारूस, कनाडा, स्पेन, अर्जेंटीना, अमेरिका और ईरान के ग्राहक शामिल हैं। सिंडिकेट ने चीन, जॉर्जिया, थाइलैंड, कतर और इंडिया में 10 फर्जी बैंक खाते खोले। अब कंपनी का इन खातों में 1 लाख डॉलर का भुगतान फंस गया है।</span></div>
