बिलकुल नहीं.खैर आगे की कहानी सुनिए।<br /> <br /> 5 सितंबर को जब बाजार खुला तो एबीसी कंपनी थोड़ा दबा हुआ था। 922.5 रुपए पर ओपन हुआ। और गिर कर 897 तक चला गया। मैंने स्टॉप लॉस 895 का रखा था। यानी स्टॉप लॉस हिट होते होते बचा। सच कहूं तो मैंने स्टॉप लॉस लगाया नहीं था क्योंकि मुझे जरा भी आशंका नहीं थी कि ये शेयर 900 के नीचे जा सकता है। वैसे मेरा अनुमान गलत भी नहीं था क्योंकि पूरे दिन ये शेयर एक तरह से फ्लैट रहा। शाम तान बजे के बाद थोड़ी देर के लिए 900 से नीचे गया लेकिन जल्द हा ऊपर आ गया।<br /> <br /> मेरे दिमाग में खतरे की घंटी बजी क्योंकि 905 के हिसाब से मैं करीब 3 फीसदी घाटे में थी, जो शॉर्ट टर्म ट्रेडिंग के लिहाज से खतरनाक था। लेकिन मैंने इंतजार करो और देखो की नीति अपनाई। मुझे यकीन था कि इसे ऊपर जाना चाहिए। लेकिन इस ओवरकॉन्फिडेंस में मैंने स्टॉप लॉस को नजरअंदाज करने का जोखिम लिया। जो आगे चलकर मुझे महंगा पड़ा।<br /> <br /> <br /> 15 सितंबर को निफ्टी 63 अंक गिरा था लेकिन 16 सितंबर को तो गिरावट की आंधी आई। अमेरिका का फेडरल रिर्जव बैंक मौद्रिक नीति की समीक्षा करने वाला था। वहां ब्याज दरों में बढ़ोतरी की आशंका से भारताय बाजारों में नकारात्मक माहौल बना। दलाल स्ट्रीट में सात हफ्तों की सबसे ताखी गिरावट दर्ज की गई। निफ्टी 109 अंक लुढ़क गया। सुबह 10 बजे एबीसी कंपनी 917 के आस पास घूम रहा था लेकिन करीब सवा एक बजे जब मैंने चेक किया तो वो लगभग पांच फीसदी गिरकर 875 से नीचे पहुंच गया। मुझे झटका लगा क्योंकि जब तक मैं संभलता, उस समय तक यह मेरे स्टॉप लॉस से भी 20 रुपए नीचे पहुंच चुका था। अब बेचने का मतलब सिर्फ नुकसान नहीं बल्कि भारी नुकसान था। लेकिन नहीं बेचने पर खतरा यह था कि यह शेयर और गिरेगा। </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> मेरा ट्रेड घाटे के दलदल में धंसता चला जाएगा। यानी आगे कुआं, पीछे खाई वाली हालत हो गई। इसे हा ट्रेडिंग की भाषा में ट्रैप हो जाना कहते हैं। आगे हालत और बदतर हो गई। 12 सितंबर को एबीसी कंपनी का जो शेयर मैंने 935 रुपए में खरीदा था वो 16 सितंबर को बाजार बंद होने तक 851 रुपए की तलहटी को छूने लगा। जब कोई शेयर ज्यादा गिर जाता है तो उसमें खरीद के अच्छे मौके बनते हैं। मेरे पास भी ऐसा हा अवसर था। मैंने सोचा कि अगर 850 के आस पास दोबारा खरीद लूं तो अच्छी एवरेजिंग हो जाएगी। एवरेजिंग का अर्थ है</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <b>औसत करना (Meaning of Averaging):</b> यानी किसी एक शेयर लगातार गिरते हुए भाव में थोड़ा थोड़ा करके खरीदना ताकि कुल औसत लागत कम हो जाए। मैंने भी यहा कोशिश की। लेकिन अफसोस। मेरा फंड पहले हा खत्म हो चुका था क्योंकि मुझे इस तरह की गिरावट की कोई आशंका नहीं थी। इसीलिए मैंने ट्रेडिंग अकाउंट में रिर्जव कैपिटल नहीं रखा था। इसके बाद तो मेरा यह ट्रेड पूरी तरह से किस्मत के हवाले हो गया। 17 सितंबर को एक वक्त ऐसा भी आया जब एबीसी कंपनी 840 रुपए के नीचे चला गया। यानी सिर्फ चार ट्रेडिंग सेशन में मेरे लागत मूल्य से करीब 95 रुपए नीचे।<br /> <br /> मैं अफसोस कर रहा था कि अगर मैंने 16 सितंबर को सुबह स्टॉप लॉस लगा दिया होता तो मेरे ट्रेड के साथ इतनी बड़ी ट्रैजिडी नहीं होता।<br /> <br /> मुझे रिकवरी की उम्मीद थी लेकिन यह भी लग रहा था कि इसे वापस लौटने में अच्छा खासा वक्त लग सकता है, उतने समय तक मेरी पूंजी मृतप्राय रहता। लेकिन कहानी में फिर एक ट्विस्ट आया। जिस तरह मेरे अनुमान से बहुत बड़ी गिरावट हुई थी। उसी तरह अचानक तूफानी रिकवरी हुई। अमेरिका में ब्याज दरें फिलहाल नहीं बढ़ेंगी, इस खबर ने बाजार का रुख बदल दिया। 18 सितंबर को एबीसी कंपनी में भी मजबूता दिखी। वो 865 के ऊपर पहुंच गया। लेकिन 19 सितंबर को यानी मेरी खरीद के ठीक एक हफ्ते बाद तो गजब हा हो गया। मूडी ने टाटा ग्रुप की कंपनियों की रेटिंग अपग्रेड कर दी। ये खबर आने के बाद एबीसी कंपनी में ब्रेक आउट हो गया। एक दिन में 15 फीसदी से ज्यादा की बढ़त दर्ज की गई। यह 876.05 रुपए पर खुला और 138 रुपए की जबरदस्त छलांग लगाते हुए 1014 तक पहुंच गया। मेरा ट्रेडिंग अकाउंट कुछ हा घंटों में रेड से ग्रीन नजर आने लगा। मैंने राहत की सांस ली। लेकिन मेरे लिए यह खुशी का नहीं सबक लेने का मौका था।<br /> <br /> मैंने दो गलतियां कीं- वक्त पर स्टॉप लॉस(Stop Loss) नहीं लगाया और दूसरा रिर्जव कैपिटल नहीं बचाया। आप ये गलतियां मत कीजिएगा। यह तो संयोग था कि दो दिन में शेयर ने यू टर्न ले लिया, वरना 15 फीसदी बढ़त दर्ज करने में महीनों लगते हैं।<span style="color: #f3f3f3;"><span style="font-size: xx-small;">How to aware and loss from Investment in Stock Market and Basic Fundamentals of Share Market, Stock Market & Investment,Stock Market & Investment in Hindi, Share Market Guide (Hindi) Books Paperback Online, Best Hindi Guide/Book On Indian Stock Market</span></span></div> </div>

Sources said company chairman Osamu Suzuki recently visited the company's two-wheeler factory in Haryana and took stock of the operations.<br /><br />Suzuki has a little over 2% share of the Indian two-wheeler market and sold 3.6 lakh units last fiscal, a small share in total industry volumes of 1.48 crore units. The two-wheeler market is dominated by Munjals-owned Hero MotoCorp and Honda's fully-owned subsidiary, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI).<br /><br />Suzuki has been able to make some inroads into the scooter market where it has around 8% market share with models like the 125cc 'Access'. However, it is very weak into the big-volume motorcycle segment, which commands as much as 70% of the two-wheeler sales.<br /><br />"We are hoping for a turnaround in our motorcycle sales with the Gixxer. The model will compete with the FZ from Yamaha, Apache from TVS and Pulsar from Bajaj Auto.<br /><br />The company, which signed up film actor Salman Khan as a brand ambassador, currently sells the 110cc Hayate. However, the model has not been able to deliver the desired volumes. " width="320" /></a></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <a href="http://www.nvrthub.com/2014/08/share-market-tips-guide.html">आप ये भी जान सकते हो की सफल ट्रेडिंग के लिए किस तरह होमवर्क करना चाहिए। किस तरह सेक्टरों और शेयरों का चुनाव करना चाहिए। किस तरह सूचनाएं और आंकड़े एकत्र करना चाहिए।</a><br /><br />दरअसल शेयर बाजार का पूरा खेल सूचनाओं की व्याख्या पर ही टिका है। किसी भी स्टॉक में किसी भी वक्त दो तरह के ट्रेडर होते हैं- लॉन्ग और शॉर्ट। बुल और बियर--यानी खरीदने वाले और बेचने वाले। अक्सर देखा जाता है कि एक ही परिस्थिति में दोनों बिलकुल विपरीत तरीके से ट्रेड करते हैं। बाजी वही मारता है जिसके पास सूचनाएं सबसे पहले पहुंचती हैं और जो उनका दूरदृष्टि के साथ आकलन करता है।<br /><br /><b>ध्यान रखने योग्य खास बातें (Investors Attention Please) </b><br />शेयर बाजार पर सूचनाओं के असर का एक उदाहरण। पिछले महीने मैं इप्का लैब के शेयर को ट्रैक कर रही थी। 8 अगस्त को अचानक इप्का का शेयर करीब 10 फीसदी नीचे गिर गया। मैं चौंक गई। फिर पता चला कि अमेरिका के फूड एंड ड्रग्स एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन यानी यूएसएफडीए की जांच में इप्का लैब के रतलाम प्लांट में नियमों के कथित उल्लंघन की बात सामने आई। इप्का लैब की कुल बिक्री में अमेरिकी बाजार को किए जाने वाले निर्यात की मात्रा काफी अहम है इसलिए इस खबर ने इप्का के शेयर पर गहरी चोट की। आगे की कहानी इससे ज्यादा दिलचस्प है। इप्का का शेयर जो 8 अगस्त को 650 रुपए तक गिर गया था, वह 5 सितंबर को 800 के पार चला गया। यानी एक महीने से कम समय में वह शेयर 20 फीसदी से ज्यादा चढ़ गया। एक नकारात्मक खबर से वह टूटा जरूर लेकिन उसके शेयरधारकों ने कंपनी पर भरोसा बनाए रखा। इसलिए शेयर ने बड़ी तेजी से बाउंस बैक किया।<br /><br />अब जरा सोचिए कि जिन लोगों ने इस खबर के आधार पर इप्का को 650 के आसपास शॉर्ट किया होगा, उनका क्या हर्श होगा, क्योंकि उसी दिन इप्का ने करीब दस फीसदी गिरने के बाद लगभग पांच फीसदी रिकवरी कर ली थी। कहने का तात्पर्य यह है कि एक ही खबर की व्याख्या अलग-अलग तरह से की जाती है। 650 रुपए का भाव इप्का के लिए एक तरह से तात्कालिक बॉटम साबित हुआ, जहां से उसने जबरदस्त जंप लगाई। जिस ट्रेडर ने उस दिन के निगेटिव सेंटिमेंट का छिपा हुआ पॉजिटिव एंगल पकड़ा, वह आज अपने पोर्टफोलियो में मोटी कमाई देखकर मुस्करा रहा होगा।<br /><br /><br /><b>उल्टा पड़ सकता है दांव (Reverse Trading Impact)</b>: आगे बढ़ने से पहले नए खुदरा निवेशकों के लिए एक जरूरी बात। अगर आप किसी शेयर के बारे में अच्छी तरह वाकिफ नहीं हैं, तो महज एक सूचना के आधार पर ट्रेड नहीं करें, क्योंकि ऐसे में दांव उल्टा पड़ने की आशंका काफी ज्यादा होती है। अक्सर नए ट्रेडर इस तरह के लालच में पड़कर अपना भारी नुकसान करवा लेते हैं। उन्हें लगता है कि अगर नकारात्मक खबर है तो शेयर खूब गिरेगा, इसीलिए वे बिना सोचे समझे शॉर्ट कर देते हैं। लेकिन शेयर वहां से पलट जाता है और वे फंस जाते हैं। इसी तरह कभी उन्हें लगता है कि कोई गुड न्यूज किसी शेयर को आसमानी बुलंदियों तक पहुंचा देगी। इसी उम्मीद में वे अच्छे खासे बढ़े हुए शेयर को खरीद लेते हैं, लेकिन वह शेयर शिखर बनाने के बाद लुढ़क जाता है। दोनों ही सूरत में ट्रेडर के फंसने की आशंका रहती है। कई बार ऐसा भी होता है कि अगर कोई शेयर पांच फीसदी गिर गया तो नए अनुभवहीन ट्रेडर ये सोच कर उसे खरीदने लगते हैं कि अब ये और नहीं गिरेगा, लेकिन एक-डेढ़ फीसदी की रिकवरी के बाद वे फिर से पांच-सात फीसदी फिसल जाता है।<br /><br /><br />इसलिए नए रिटेल ट्रेडर्स के लिए हमारा सुझाव है कि वे उन्हीं शेयर में सूचना के आधार पर ट्रेडिंग का मंसूबा बनाएं जिनके भाव के उतार-चढ़ाव की उन्हें पुख्ता जानकारी हो, किसी अनजान शेयर में यों ही किसी के कहने से मत कूदिए।<br /><br /><b>खुदरा निवेशकों को सूचना देर से (Retailers Investors Got Late News):</b>एक और महत्वपूर्ण बात हमेशा याद रखिए कि अगर आप आम खुदरा ट्रेडर हैं तो आप सूचना तंत्र के सबसे निचले पायदान पर हैं। जिस सूचना के आधार पर आप ट्रेड करने के लिए लपकते हैं, ज्यादातर मामलों में वह सूचना सार्वजनिक हो चुकी होती है। इंटरनेट और टीवी के इस युग में किसी खबर को वायरल में होने में वक्त ही कितना लगता है। तो जरा सोचिए कि जिस सूचना को ट्रंप कार्ड समझ कर आप बाजी खेलने जा रहे हैं, वह आपसे पहले कितने लोगों की निगाहों से गुजर चुकी होगी। क्या वे हाथ पर हाथ रखे बैठे होंगे? More than half of U.S. coal exports already reach Europe.<br /><br />"Export demand will certainly increase, with the situation in Russia and Ukraine having a big impact on Europe with respect to natural gas," said Ernie Cecilia, chief investment officer at Bryn Mawr Trust in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.<br /><br />"In the short term, there's no question that a rise in export demand will be helpful to coal stocks."<br /><br />Yet significant headwinds at home would likely make any comeback in coal companies' stocks short-lived and hard-fought.<br /><br />Even as the broader stock market has rebounded from the lows seen during the financial crisis, coal stocks have languished.<br /><br />Shares of Peabody Energy Corp the biggest U.S. producer of coal have declined more than 27 percent since March 9, 2009, when the S&P 500 hit its financial crisis nadir, closing at 676.53 points.<br /><br />While the S&P has nearly tripled from that day, the Dow Jones U.S. Coal Index (DJUSCL) has lost 7.7 percent in that time. The last three-plus years have been particularly bad for the coal index, which has lost nearly three-quarters of its value since April 2011.<br /><br />The index includes just three stocks - Peabody, CONSOL Energy and Alpha Natural Resources. ONSOL, which is more diversified and derives around a third of its revenue from natural gas, is the only one up on the year so far. It has gained 5.3 percent, but still lags the wider S&P 500 (SPX), which is up more than 8 percent.<br /><br />Peabody is down around 20 percent this year, and Alpha Natural has swooned 45 percent.<br /><br />CONSOL is the only one of the three expected to show a profit in the next two years, according to Thomson Reuters StarMine, which tracks corporate profit estimates.<br /><br />Competition with natural gas, the emergence of renewable energy technologies and new environmental regulations contributed to a fall in U.S. coal production in 2013 to the lowest levels since 1993, according to the Energy Information Administration.<br /><br />Domestic coal consumption is slated to decline by 2.7 percent in 2015, as federal standards requiring power plants to reduce air pollution expedites a shuttering of coal power plants. U.S. coal consumption peaked in 2007 and has declined nearly 37 percent since then, EIA data shows.<br /><br />That may temper any gains in coal stocks, both in scale and duration.<br /><br />"I just don't know if any of this – the situation in Russia and Ukraine – would be sufficient enough to overcome significant pressure in the domestic market," Cecilia said.<br /><br />Energy stocks have overall remained favorable for investors, but not necessarily those with money in coal. The S&P 500 energy sector <.SPNY> is outperforming the wider index with a 9.3 percent gain so far in 2014.<br /><br />"We look at the domestic energy landscape, and the abundant supply of natural gas has impacted coal dramatically," said Timothy Rooney, vice president of product management and research for Nationwide Funds.<br /><br />"Generally, energy in the U.S. is a good long term investment, but that's really being driven by oil and natural gas."<br /></div> </div>

The Telecom Enforcement Resource and Monitoring (TERM) Cell levies Rs 1,000 penalty for every wrong Customer Application Form (CAF) filled for mobile connections if 95 per cent of forms are correct.<br /><br />The penalty escalates to Rs 5,000 per wrong CAF if compliance rate is between 90-95 per cent and goes up to 50,000 per form if it is below 80 per cent. CAG estimated that the total penalty in the year 2012 alone works out to be at Rs 4,204.33 crore as compared to Rs 2,506.80 crore levied by the DoT.<br /><br />“Based on the figures worked out, it could be seen that total defective CAFs for the 7 major service providers was 4.20 crore for the year 2012. Even, if a minimum penalty of Rs 1,000 is levied for each defective CAF, total penalty works out to be Rs 4,204 crore for the year 2012 alone,” CAG said. According to the auditor, the penalty on RCom should be Rs 918.3 crore, Airtel Rs 906.4 crore, Vodafone Rs 601.88 core, Idea Rs 563.6 crore, BSNL Rs 492.55 crore, TTSL Rs 408.75 crore and Aircel Rs 312.85 crore. CAG has said that government has not achieved 100 per cent compliance to subscriber verification rules because of “ineffective monitoring and weak control by DoT and the TERM Cells.” The auditor also said that the findings of TERM Cells regarding non-compliance during regular monthly audits could not be relied upon as surprise checks had revealed non-compliance to a large extent. “The compliance level of most of the service providers was found to be very poor in cases of complaints/surprise checks by TERM Cells. In the case of some of the service providers, such as Tata Teleservices and Bharti Airtel, the non-compliant CAFs were as high as 84 and 55 per cent respectively,” CAG said. The auditor has suggested that DoT should monitor levy of penalty by TERM Cells and enforce its recovery from the service providers without delays.</span></div>
