बार वॉरेन बफेट की इसी थ्योरी को समझने की कोशिश करेंगे। मेरी राय में हर रिटेल ट्रेडर को वॉरेन बफेट का ये सिद्धांत आत्मसात कर लेना चाहिए। इस थ्योरी को गौर से देखिए। इस फॉर्मूले में दो शब्दों पर जोर है। लालच और डर। नैतिकता के स्थापित मानदंडों के हिसाब से देखा जाए तो लालच और डर ये दोनों अवगुण माने जाते हैं। लालची और डरपोक इंसान को कभी र्शेष्ठ या विश्वसनीय नहीं माना जाता है, लेकिन मजेदार बात है कि ट्रेडर को लालची और डरपोक बनने की सलाह दी जा रही है। पहली नजर में ये एक उलझी हुई पहेली लगती है, लेकिन दरअसल ऐसा नहीं है। यहां इन शब्दों का इस्तेमाल मुहावरे की तरह हुआ है, इसलिए उनके अर्थ पर नहीं जाइए, बल्कि उनके भाव को समझिए। क्योंकि इस फार्मूले में छिपा है ट्रेडर की सफलता का रहस्य।<br /><br />जोरदार मुनाफे की ख्वाहिश (Hunger of Big Profit)<br /><br />पहले बात करते हैं लालच की। ट्रेडिंग में लालच का मतलब है- जबरदस्त मुनाफे की ख्वाहिश जो आपको कोई सौदा करने के लिए धकेलती है। ट्रेडर को लगता है कि अरे ये शेयर तो चढ़ रहा है, अगर इसे नहीं खरीदा तो प्रॉफिट वाली एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन छूट जाएगी। अगर आपके किसी दोस्त, परिचित या रिश्तेदार ने वह शेयर खरीदा है तो आप और भी बेचैन हो जाते हैं, आपको लगता है कि वह मालामाल हो जाएगा और आप हाथ मलते रह जाएंगे। इसलिए आप भी बहती गंगा में हाथ धोने के लिए कूद पड़ते हैं। लेकिन कूदने के बाद मालूम पड़ता है कि आप विपरीत और तेज धारा में फंस गए हैं। यहां पूंजी डूबने का डर है और घाटे का दलदल है। बदकिस्मती से ज्यादातर ट्रेडर किसी शेयर को खरीदते समय सही आकलन और विश्लेषण करने के बदले लालच में फंसकर अपना नुकसान करवा बैठते हैं।<br /><br />भारी गिरावट का भय (Fear of Large Declines)<br /><br />अब डर को समझिए। मान लीजिए किसी मजबूत कंपनी का शेयर गिरा हुआ है। आप इस डर से उसे नहीं खरीदते हैं कि वह डाउनट्रेंड है। आप इस बात को समझने की कोशिश नहीं करते कि वह क्यों गिरा है और कहां तक गिरने के बाद दोबारा उठकर दौड़ने लगेगा। आप लंगड़ा घोड़ा समझकर जिस स्टॉक पर दांव लगाने से डर रहे थे, वह देखते ही देखते तूफान एक्सप्रेस बन जाता है। आप एक बार फिर अफसोस करने बैठ जाते हैं। डर का एक और पहलू भी है, अगर आप नियमित ट्रेडिंग करते होंगे तो आपने महसूस किया होगा कि कई बार डर की वजह से तगड़ा नुकसान उठाना पड़ता है। मसलन हर ट्रेडर जानता है कि स्टॉप लॉस लगाना जरूरी है, लेकिन कई बार ट्रेडर घाटे के डर से स्टॉप लॉस को नजरअंदाज करता है। शेयर की कीमत तय स्टॉप लॉस की सीमा से नीचे चली जाती है, ट्रेडर इस उम्मीद में बैठा रहता है कि अभी भाव पलटेगा, लेकिन वह गिरता ही चला जाता है, आखिरकार वह भारी घाटा सहकर उस शेयर को बेचने के लिए मजबूर हो जाता है।<br /><br />कोई शेयर कब खरीदें (When we will by stock /share)<br /><br />अब सवाल है कि बफेट के कहने का मतलब क्या है। ट्रेडर को कब लालची बनना चाहिए और कब डरना चाहिए। दरअसल, बफेट की थ्योरी ये कहती है कि जब किसी अच्छी कंपनी का शेयर पिटा हुआ हो यानी ओवरसोल्ड अवस्था में हो तो उसे खरीद लेना चाहिए, क्योंकि उस शेयर में उठने की भरपूर संभावना छिपी होती है। बाजार में ज्यादातर लोग उस शेयर को नकार देते हैं, लेकिन सूक्ष्म दृष्टि वाला ट्रेडर इस बात का आकलन कर लेता है कि कौन सा अच्छा शेयर सस्ते दाम में मिल रहा है। वह भांप लेता है कि कौन सा शेयर फर्श से अर्श का सफर तय करने के लिए तैयार है। ऐसे सौदे में मोटे मुनाफे की संभावना कूट कूट कर भरी होती है। लेकिन ऐसा नहीं है कि आप किसी भी पिटे हुए शेयर को आंख बंद करके खरीद लें। इस तरह का शेयर चुनने के लिए काफी ज्ञान, अभ्यास और अनुशासन की जरूरत होती है। बफेट की भाषा में इसे ही कहते हैं जब दूसरे डरें, तब लालची बनना चाहिए। यानी जब ज्यादातर लोग किसी शेयर के पतन से डर कर दूर भाग रहे हों, तब आप उसके लिए लालच दिखाते हैं यानी उसे खरीद लेते हैं।<br /><br />कोई शेयर कब बेचें (When we sell our Stock)<br /><br />इसके ठीक विपरीत बफेट के सिद्धांत का अगला चरण है-जब दूसरे लालची बनें तो आप डरिए। इसे भी ऊपर वाले उदाहरण के संदर्भ में समझिए। माना किसी ट्रेडर ने ओवरसोल्ड अवस्था में कोई शेयर सस्ते में खरीदा..जब वह ठीक-ठाक चढ़ जाता है तो आम ट्रेडर्स की नजर उस पर पड़ती है। लोगों को लगता है कि ये उगता हुआ सूरज है, सब उसे सलाम करने लगते हैं। यानी रिटेल ट्रेडर लालच में पड़कर उसे ऊंचे भाव में खरीद करने लगते हैं.लेकिन तब तक सूरज ढलने लगता है..शेयर ओवरबाउट (बहुत ज्यादा और ऊंची कीमत पर खरीद) हालत में पहुंच जाता है। वहां से वह नीचे आने लगता है। बफेट के मुताबिक समझदार ट्रेडर इस स्थिति को भी भांप लेता है, जब दूसरे लोग लालच में पड़कर किसी शेयर को ऊंची कीमत पर खरीद रहे होते हैं तो वह गिरने की संभावना से डर कर बेच देता है। उसका यह दांव भी सही पड़ता है, क्योंकि जहां वह बेचता है, वही उस शेयर का तात्कालिक शिखर होता है।<br /><br />जोखिम के जख्म से सचेत रहें (Be aware of Risk)<br /><br />बफेट की इस थ्योरी को अगर सरल शब्दों में कहें तो अच्छा शेयर चुनो, सस्ते में खरीदो और महंगे में बेचकर निकल लो। कहने सुनने में ये फॉर्मूला बड़ा दिलचस्प और आसान लगता है, लेकिन इसे अमल में लाने में उतना ही कठिन है। वैसे किसी गिरते हुए शेयर को खरीदना उड़ते हुए तीर को पकड़ने जैसा खतरनाक होता है। अगर आपका अनुमान सही है और आपके हाथ में आने तक इस आम बजट में क्या था पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार का फैसला<br /><br />बजट में वित्त मंत्री ने म्यूचुअल फंड के इक्विटी फंड को छोड़कर बाकी सभी फंड पर लॉन्ग कैपिटल गेन्स टैक्स दोगुना कर दिया था। उन्होंने डेट फंड, लिक्विड फंड, गोल्ड फंड और इंटरनेशनल फंड पर लॉन्ग टर्म कैपिटल गेन्स टैक्स 10 फीसदी से बढ़ाकर 20 फीसदी कर दिया। अब लॉन्ग टर्म कैपिटल गेन्स टैक्स के लिए किसी एक म्यूचुअल फंड स्कीम में कम से कम 3 साल तक पैसा लगाना होगा। 3 साल से पहले पैसा निकाला तो शॉर्ट टर्म कैपिटल गेन्स टैक्स लगेगा। ये शॉर्ट टर्म कैपिटल गेन्स टैक्स निवेशक के टैक्स स्लैब के हिसाब से लगता है। अगर आप 30 फीसदी के स्लैब में है तो शॉर्ट टर्म कैपिटल गेन्स टैक्स भी 30 फीसदी लगेगा। डेट फंड स्कीम में फायदा उन्हीं को होगा जो 10 फीसदी या टैक्स फ्री इनकम स्लैब में आते हैं। वित्त मंत्री का भी मानना था कि डेट फंड के पुराने टैक्स स्ट्रक्चर की वजह से बड़े निवेशक इसका इस्तेमाल आर्बिट्राज के लिए करते थे। सरकार ने म्यूचुअल फंड की डिविडेंड स्कीमों पर भी टैक्स बढ़ा दिया। इन पर टैक्स 2.5 फीसदी से 3 फीसदी बढ़ गया। अब फिक्स्ड डिपॉजिट के बजाय डेट फंड में पैसा लगाने से ज्यादा टैक्स नहीं बचेगा। इससे फोकस एमएफ इक्विटी की ओर बढ़ा। </div>

मान लीजिए कि आपका फंड ए, फंड एच, फंड एल और फंड एम में निवेश है, जो सभी इक्विटी डायवर्सिफाइड र्शेणी के हैं। इनमें से फंड एच का प्रदर्शन सबसे अच्छा रहा है। सभी निवेशकों को फंड एच में समाहित कर दीजिए या आप छोटे फंड निवेशों को बड़े फंडों में ले जा सकते हैं। वि त्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली की आम बजट में म्यूचुअल फंड में निवेश को लेकर की गई घोषणाएं रंग लाने लगी हैं। गत दो महीने के आंकड़ों पर गौर करें तो कह सकते हैं कि पिछले पांच साल से इक्विटी म्यूचुअल फंडों से मुंह मोड़े घरेलू निवेशकों ने शानदार इंट्री की है। इंट्री इतनी धमाकेदार है कि घरेलू निवेशकों ने म्यूचुअल फंड बाजार में सिक्का जमाए बैठे एफआईआई (विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशकों) को पीछे छोड़ दिया है। पिछले वर्ष के अगस्त माह की तुलना में इस वर्ष अगस्त के दौरान म्यूचुअल फंड में एफआईआई से अधिक निवेश कर घरेलू निवेशकों ने मानो इतिहास रच दिया है। वित्त बाजार के इतिहास में पहली बार इस माह में घरेलू निवेशकों ने म्यूचुअल फंडों में 6900 करोड़ रुपये निवेश किया है, जबकि एफआईआई ने 6300 करोड़ रुपये निवेश किया है। मजेदार है कि ये सभी निवेश म्यूचुअल फंडों की इक्विटी और इक्विटी लिंक सेविंग स्कीमों (ईएलएसएस) में हुए हैं।<br /><br />अगस्त में कुल निवेश की बात की जाय तो करीब एक लाख करोड़ रुपये से अधिक निवेश केवल म्यूचुअल फंडों के इक्विटी व ईएलएसएस स्कीमों में हुए हैं। इससे पिछले माह जुलाई में इन स्कीमों में एक लाख 13 हजार करोड़ रुपये निवेश किए गए हैं। जबकि दिलचस्प यह है कि जून में इन स्कीमों से 59 हजार करोड़ रुपये की बिकवाली की गई थी। पूंजी बाजार नियामक भारतीय प्रतिभूति एवं विनिमय बोर्ड (सेबी) के आंकड़ों के अनुसार निवेशकों ने मई में म्यूचुअल फंडों में केवल 33,661 करोड़ रुपये निवेश किया था।<br /><br />केंद्र में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की सरकार बनने के बाद वित्त बाजार में सकारात्मक सेंटिमेंट का आलम यह है कि गत दो महीनों में म्यूचुअल फंड रूट के जरिये घरेलू निवेशकों का निवेश लगातार बढ़ा है। जून में म्यूचुअल फंड के जरिये किए गए कुल निवेश में घरेलू निवेशकों की हिस्सेदारी एफआईआई द्वारा हुए निवेश की 30 फीसदी थी, जुलाई में यह हिस्सेदारी बढ़ कर 44 फीसदी हो गई, लेकिन अगस्त में छलांग लगाते हुए यह हिस्सेदारी 108 फीसदी हो गई।<br /><br />म्यूचुअल फंड की इक्विटी स्कीमों में बढ़े निवेश की खास बात है कि इसमें एसआईपी (सिस्टेमैटिक इन्वेस्टमेंट प्लान) के जरिये जबर्दस्त निवेश हुआ है। इसमें लगभग हर महीने औसतन तीन हजार करोड़ से 3500 करोड़ रुपये निवेश हुआ है। बताते चलें कि म्यूचुअल फंड में निवेश के लिए एसआईपी सबसे लोकप्रिय तरीका है। अधिकांश घरेलू निवेशक एसआईपी के जरिये ही म्यूचुअल फंड स्कीमों में निवेश करते हैं। नए निवेशक और कामकाजी लोग एसआईपी को खूब पसंद करते हैं। म्यूचुअल फंड में आई बहार को देखकर लगता है कि आम बजट के बाद बाजार के जानकारों ने जिस तरह इस सेक्टर को निवेश के लिहाज से मायूसी वाला क्षेत्र करार दिया था, वह गलत साबित हुआ। सरकार ने इक्विटी स्कीमों को जो सहूलियतें दीं, म्यूचुअल फंड के लिए संजीवनी साबित हुईं। अब आगे भी मोदी सरकार के बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने के साथ शेयर बाजार के कुलांचे भरते रहने से इस सेक्टर में रिटर्न की जोरदार संभावनाएं बनी रहेंगी।</div>

<a href="http://www.nvrthub.com/2014/08/share-market-tips-guide.html">आप ये भी जान सकते हो की सफल ट्रेडिंग के लिए किस तरह होमवर्क करना चाहिए। किस तरह सेक्टरों और शेयरों का चुनाव करना चाहिए। किस तरह सूचनाएं और आंकड़े एकत्र करना चाहिए।</a><br /><br />दरअसल शेयर बाजार का पूरा खेल सूचनाओं की व्याख्या पर ही टिका है। किसी भी स्टॉक में किसी भी वक्त दो तरह के ट्रेडर होते हैं- लॉन्ग और शॉर्ट। बुल और बियर--यानी खरीदने वाले और बेचने वाले। अक्सर देखा जाता है कि एक ही परिस्थिति में दोनों बिलकुल विपरीत तरीके से ट्रेड करते हैं। बाजी वही मारता है जिसके पास सूचनाएं सबसे पहले पहुंचती हैं और जो उनका दूरदृष्टि के साथ आकलन करता है।<br /><br /><b>ध्यान रखने योग्य खास बातें (Investors Attention Please) </b><br />शेयर बाजार पर सूचनाओं के असर का एक उदाहरण। पिछले महीने मैं इप्का लैब के शेयर को ट्रैक कर रही थी। 8 अगस्त को अचानक इप्का का शेयर करीब 10 फीसदी नीचे गिर गया। मैं चौंक गई। फिर पता चला कि अमेरिका के फूड एंड ड्रग्स एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन यानी यूएसएफडीए की जांच में इप्का लैब के रतलाम प्लांट में नियमों के कथित उल्लंघन की बात सामने आई। इप्का लैब की कुल बिक्री में अमेरिकी बाजार को किए जाने वाले निर्यात की मात्रा काफी अहम है इसलिए इस खबर ने इप्का के शेयर पर गहरी चोट की। आगे की कहानी इससे ज्यादा दिलचस्प है। इप्का का शेयर जो 8 अगस्त को 650 रुपए तक गिर गया था, वह 5 सितंबर को 800 के पार चला गया। यानी एक महीने से कम समय में वह शेयर 20 फीसदी से ज्यादा चढ़ गया। एक नकारात्मक खबर से वह टूटा जरूर लेकिन उसके शेयरधारकों ने कंपनी पर भरोसा बनाए रखा। इसलिए शेयर ने बड़ी तेजी से बाउंस बैक किया।<br /><br />अब जरा सोचिए कि जिन लोगों ने इस खबर के आधार पर इप्का को 650 के आसपास शॉर्ट किया होगा, उनका क्या हर्श होगा, क्योंकि उसी दिन इप्का ने करीब दस फीसदी गिरने के बाद लगभग पांच फीसदी रिकवरी कर ली थी। कहने का तात्पर्य यह है कि एक ही खबर की व्याख्या अलग-अलग तरह से की जाती है। 650 रुपए का भाव इप्का के लिए एक तरह से तात्कालिक बॉटम साबित हुआ, जहां से उसने जबरदस्त जंप लगाई। जिस ट्रेडर ने उस दिन के निगेटिव सेंटिमेंट का छिपा हुआ पॉजिटिव एंगल पकड़ा, वह आज अपने पोर्टफोलियो में मोटी कमाई देखकर मुस्करा रहा होगा।<br /><br /><br /><b>उल्टा पड़ सकता है दांव (Reverse Trading Impact)</b>: आगे बढ़ने से पहले नए खुदरा निवेशकों के लिए एक जरूरी बात। अगर आप किसी शेयर के बारे में अच्छी तरह वाकिफ नहीं हैं, तो महज एक सूचना के आधार पर ट्रेड नहीं करें, क्योंकि ऐसे में दांव उल्टा पड़ने की आशंका काफी ज्यादा होती है। अक्सर नए ट्रेडर इस तरह के लालच में पड़कर अपना भारी नुकसान करवा लेते हैं। उन्हें लगता है कि अगर नकारात्मक खबर है तो शेयर खूब गिरेगा, इसीलिए वे बिना सोचे समझे शॉर्ट कर देते हैं। लेकिन शेयर वहां से पलट जाता है और वे फंस जाते हैं। इसी तरह कभी उन्हें लगता है कि कोई गुड न्यूज किसी शेयर को आसमानी बुलंदियों तक पहुंचा देगी। इसी उम्मीद में वे अच्छे खासे बढ़े हुए शेयर को खरीद लेते हैं, लेकिन वह शेयर शिखर बनाने के बाद लुढ़क जाता है। दोनों ही सूरत में ट्रेडर के फंसने की आशंका रहती है। कई बार ऐसा भी होता है कि अगर कोई शेयर पांच फीसदी गिर गया तो नए अनुभवहीन ट्रेडर ये सोच कर उसे खरीदने लगते हैं कि अब ये और नहीं गिरेगा, लेकिन एक-डेढ़ फीसदी की रिकवरी के बाद वे फिर से पांच-सात फीसदी फिसल जाता है।<br /><br /><br />इसलिए नए रिटेल ट्रेडर्स के लिए हमारा सुझाव है कि वे उन्हीं शेयर में सूचना के आधार पर ट्रेडिंग का मंसूबा बनाएं जिनके भाव के उतार-चढ़ाव की उन्हें पुख्ता जानकारी हो, किसी अनजान शेयर में यों ही किसी के कहने से मत कूदिए।<br /><br /><b>खुदरा निवेशकों को सूचना देर से (Retailers Investors Got Late News):</b>एक और महत्वपूर्ण बात हमेशा याद रखिए कि अगर आप आम खुदरा ट्रेडर हैं तो आप सूचना तंत्र के सबसे निचले पायदान पर हैं। जिस सूचना के आधार पर आप ट्रेड करने के लिए लपकते हैं, ज्यादातर मामलों में वह सूचना सार्वजनिक हो चुकी होती है। इंटरनेट और टीवी के इस युग में किसी खबर को वायरल में होने में वक्त ही कितना लगता है। तो जरा सोचिए कि जिस सूचना को ट्रंप कार्ड समझ कर आप बाजी खेलने जा रहे हैं, वह आपसे पहले कितने लोगों की निगाहों से गुजर चुकी होगी। क्या वे हाथ पर हाथ रखे बैठे होंगे?
