Sonam carries off her finest role yet with zany flair, as smoothly goofy as her patchwork jacket. She's matched ably by hipster heart-throb Fawad Khan, who brings Vikram - of corduroy-dry manners and melting-chocolate voice - alive.<br /><br />The pair sizzles but the best giggles go to Kirron Kher, playing Mili's mummy Manju, with some of this laugh riot's funniest lines, including berating the 'royal kanjar khana!'. Kirron runs away with her vibrant role, finely balanced against Ratna Pathak's grim self-control and Aamir Raza Husain's wine-soaked self-pity - that finally shows some spark.<br /><br />But there's more khoobsurti here. Romance between the lead pair is like perfume sprayed onto air while the evolution of Mili, from wild-child to dignified woman, and Vikram, from stick-in-royal-sand to a confused, vulnerable man, show.<br /><br />Meanwhile, characters roam palaces on Wodehouse-like trails, seeking chocolate - and beds - during dark nights, mothers face-off in a clash of curlers, Mili's clumsiness resounds like clattering cutlery while desperately smitten Vikram reminds himself, 'Uski aankhen hain, taangein mat dekh!' Oh, and that he has a fiance (Aditi Rao Hydari) already.<br /><br />Paying the first Khoobsurat a whimsical wave - poet-cook Ashrafi basically strokes his gamcha here - this movie reflects modern times. Mili's had pre-Vikram boyfriends, no-one needs heart attacks for enlightenment - and just when you think the turbanned titles are a royal pain, Manju arrives, spitting fire at regal airs.<br /><br />An underdone kidnapping and overdone Bengali-ness - 'Prawteek', meet 'Mawnju' - slightly distract. However, for the most part, this delightfully roguish romance tickles everything fun-loving inside you.<br /><br />That's what makes it so khoobsurat. (TOI)</div>

The big fat wicked monster in Creature 3D does have good taste. He attacks our very lovely Bipasha Basu. Nudging us into a rude awakening to a time when monsters, ghouls and other evil forces in Hindi horror films chased the likes of Huma Khan and Asha Sachdev.<br />
<br />
Yup, a raga of refinement runs in the new-age terror flicks specially those directed by Vikram Bhatt. He sure knows his monster primer. More than the fear component, which is ample here, what I appreciated in Creature 3D was its honest intentions.<br />
<br />
Bipasha plays a holiday-resort owner in a scenic sanctuary whose clients have more to complain about than room service. The monster is a menace that won't be shooed away. She knows she is up against an adversary who can knock the socks off King Kong. Well, in theory at least.<br />
<br />
Blame it on the 'Puranas'. But the monster that attacks the very attractive Bipasha on Bhatt's new scare-fest is inspired by our mythology, which says evil is inevitable in a world that craves for perfection. And perfection, as we all know is not a tenable target in our life or in our cinema.<br />
<br />
Creature 3D moves confidently enough through its expected motions of fear and horror. The love breaks are annoyingly intrusive. Pakistani star Imran Abbas is as decorative to the goings-on as the leading ladies used to be in Amitabh Bachchan's action era in the 1980s.<br />
<br />
Though Bipasha succeeds in making him look comfortable in their love scenes together, the script I am afraid, doesn't share the same comfort level with Imran's character.<br />
<br />
Bipasha shoulders the film's heroic requirements with ample aplomb. She gets terrific support from the cinematography by veteran Pravin Bhatt, which makes her look vital, vulnerable and yet in control of the crisis.<br />
<br />
The peripheral characters needed to be better fleshed out though. The talented Mukul Dev could have done a lot more for the plot.<br />
<br />
The scenes featuring the monster on the rampage are scary. The sound design and the 3D effects complement the storytelling to the extent that there is no contradiction between the film's intentions and the audiences' expectations. This is the third time around for the supernatural combo of Vikram Bhatt and Bipasha.<br />
<br />
Creature 3D is scarier than Raaz and Raaz 3. If you like your scares to be anything but scarce this is just what the doctor ordered; unless you're weak-hearted.<br />
What's the story and Movie review: Screenplay is the real monster in Creature 3D?<br />

The story begins of a village nestled at the hill station of Himachal Pradesh. The Ahana Datta (Bipasha Basu) open a hotel by taking a bank loan. The second day of the opening of the hotel there is a honeymoon couple, which leads to the death of the boy and the girl is alive. Are told that he had died of a strange animal attack. After the incident, the hotel Ahana seems to be slander. Ahana Meanwhile the boyfriend Kunal (Imran Abbas Nkbi) comes there with some friends and they should get a leopard kill and Anouns Gests kill animals that have been killed, but still the hotel series of deaths continues. This suggests that the Gests kill any animal, but BrahmarakŞhasa 10 feet tall. A vast trove of nude pictures, purported to be of dozens of female celebrities, began to appear on an imageboard website and ricocheted quickly enough across Twitter and the web. The pictures included those of America's current sweetheart Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Bosworth, Jenny McCarthy and Kate Upton. The photos are understood to have been obtained by hacking into the celebs' cloud accounts. Let me nip this in the bud right now.*pun intended*“.<br /><br />But others confirmed it was indeed them. Jennifer Lawrence's reps released an incensed statement saying this was “a flagrant violation of privacy . The authorities will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos.“ Kate Upton's lawyers also released a statement, which said, “This is an outrageous violation of our client's privacy. Cries of “Dude, what if that was your ister?“ were equalled by the “They `leaked' it on purpose“, “they're actors and everyone sees them naked anyway“ and “if you don't want your naked photos on the internet, don't take your naked photos“ reactions.<br /><br />IF YOU CLICKED ON THE PHOTOS, ARE YOU A CRIMINAL?<br /><br />Many condemned not just the hacker, but anyone who had viewed the pictures as in dulging in a criminal act, si nce they were private and st olen goods. An opinion piece in The Guardian said, “Shar ing these images is not the sa me as making a joke including characters such as Doge, Gru mpy Cat and Sad Keanu. It's an act of sexual violation, and it deserves the same social and legal punishment as meted out to stalkers and sexual predators... Actors and other entertainers may certainly offer their image to public consumption as their professional practice, but what they are not trading is their intimacy .“<br /><br />Though the “if you saw it, you should be prosecuted“ demand didn't find too many takers, the debate of `yes, it was predictable, but is it their fault?' did. Actress and staunch feminist Lena Dunham tweeted in defence of the actresses, “The `don't take naked pics if you don't want them online' argument is the `she was wearing a short skirt' of the web. Ugh.“ Another Guardian columnist, Hadley Freeman, wrote, “I've seen some comments saying, `If they don't want to have naked photos of them leaked, they shouldn't take naked photos in the first place?!?!?!?!?!' One can only assume that these saintly people have absolutely nothing on their phones, their internet searches, their laptops or any CCTV footage that would make them feel vaguely uncomfortable if seen by the outside world. As for those who genuinely don't understand how this is a sexism issue, ask yourselves why there are almost no men included on the list of celebrities whose privacy has been violated?“<br /><br />HOLLYWOOD GOES OOPS<br /><br />Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton first published the photos, and then, reconsidering, replaced them with censored versions, writing, “No, I haven't been forced to do so, but I am removing those uncensored photos of JLaw and Victoria Justice.“ However, he later took those photographs down too, explaining that “I acted in haste just to get the post up and didn't really think things through. At work, we often have to make quick decisions. I made a really bad one today and then made it worse. I feel awful and am truly sorry .“<br /><br />Actor and comedian Ricky Gervais, still remembered for hosting the cruellest Golden Globes ceremony ever, prompted a backlash when he tweeted (and later deleted), “Celebrities, make it harder for hackers to get nude pics of you from your computer by not putting nude pics of yourself on your computer.“ Twitter user Conor McGinley asked, “Where do you store yours Ricky?“ and after infuriated tweets like “Hackers, don't hack into people's private lives.Gervais, stop victim blaming. It was NOT JLaw's fault,“Gervais tried to lighten things up with an `erotic' pic of him self in the bath, but when that didn't work either, he backtracked to “Making a joke about a thing doesn't mean you condone that thing. Of course the hackers are 100% to blame but you can still make jokes about it.“<br /><br />THERE'S MORE, PROMISES PERVY HACKER<br /><br />The originator of the leak also posted that he had more explicit content, including a video of Jennifer Lawrence performing a sex act, and offered it up to those willing to pay for it. However, a couple of hours later, apparently not having learnt how the internet works despite perpetuating the internet event of the year, the uploader was unhappy that he hadn't made as much money as hoped given how much `effort' had been put into the data theft. “People wanted s*** for free“, he wrote, and tried to defend his actions by calling himself a “collector and not the hacker“. “When you consider how much time was put into acquiring this stuff (I'm not the hacker, just a collector), and the money , I really didn't get close to what I was hoping,“ he posted.<br /><br />HOW SAFE IS MY CLOUD STORAGE?!?!<br /><br />It wasn't just social media that went into an overdrive. While Apple declined to give a comment to anyone, article after article analysed the security of cloud storage systems as some pre dicted a mad scramble of people to delete their data. However, it hasn't been proved that the leak was due to an iCloud security flaw. Instead, most agree it was done by the far slower and far more creepy way of guess ing people's passwords through `so cial engineering'  by using infor mation available publicly to guess your passwords, given that most people use easy-to-remember and the same passwords across multiple devices, or by resetting your email account and then answering traditional security questions, etc. Most tech articles judged iCloud security to be quite robust, and advised users to correct the `people flaw'  if you won't use the same key for every lock, why use the same password across devices?  with instructions like unique passwords not from personal info like your pet's name, turning off automatic photo syncing to your cloud service (which might still have photos after you delete them on your device), and keeping two-factor verification processes.<br /><br />Apple was later quoted as saying that it was “actively investigating“ any links between the leak and its cloud service.The theft and leak,considered the biggest nude photo scandal to have hit Hollywood, is now being investigated by the FBI.<br /><br /><b>IT'S HAPPENED BEFORE</b><br /><br />In 2011, the email accounts of Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis and Christina Aguilera were hacked and several nude photos of them were leaked online. नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण के फ्लैटों के लिए आज से आवेदन फॉर्म बिकने शुरू हो जाएंगे। स्कीम 2014 के तहत 25034 परिवारों को आशियाना मिलेगा। आवेदनकर्ताओं के भाग्य का फैसला 29 अक्तूबर तक हो जाएगा। अगले साल मार्च में घर का पजेशन मिलेगा। इस बार वन बेड रूम के 22627 फ्लैट होंगे। ईडब्ल्यूएस श्रेणी के लिए 700 के करीब फ्लैट हैं। सोमवार को डीडीए मुख्यालय में डीडीए उपाध्यक्ष बलविंदर कुमार हाउसिंग स्कीम 2014 को विधिवत लॉन्च करेंगे। इस पर 15 लाख फॉर्म छपवाए गए हैं।<br />

<b>पैन कार्ड आवश्यक</b>:अगर आपके पास पैन कार्ड नहीं है तो आप डीडीए हाउसिंग स्कीम में शामिल नहीं हो सकते। डीडीए के शर्तो के अनुसार आवेदन के लिए पैन कार्ड होना जरूरी है।<br />

<b>इन बैंकों से ले सकते हैं फॉर्म:</b> आप स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, सिंडीकेट बैंक, एचडीएफसी बैंक, आईसीआईसीआई बैंक, पंजाब नेशनल बैंक, आईडीबीआई बैंक, कोटक महेंद्रा बैंक, यूनियन बैंक, इंडस बैंक, यश बैंक और एक्सिस बैंक से आवेदन फार्म ले सकेंगे और इसी बैंक में जमा भी करा सकेंगे। आवेदन करने के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क एक लाख रुपये है। इसके अलावा डीडीए ने एनसीआर क्षेत्र में भी आवेदन फॉर्म बेचने की योजना बनाई है। लिहाजा बैंकों को यह छूट दी गई है कि वे अपने-अपने ब्रांचों में आवेदन फॉर्म की बिक्री कर सकेंगे। 150 रुपये का आवेदन फार्म बैंकों में मिलेगा।<br />

<b>फ्लैटों में आरक्षण की सुविधा</b>:डीडीए हाउसिंग स्कीम के तहत आरक्षित श्रेणियों को लाभ देने के लिए कुछ विशेष व्यवस्था की गई है। 28 प्रतिशत फ्लैट को आरक्षित किया जाएगा। स्कीम 2010 की तरह नई स्कीम में भी अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, शहीद सैनिकों की विधवा, असक्त और भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के लिए फ्लैट आरक्षित होंगे। शर्त के अनुसार अगर अनुसूचित जनजाति के आवेदकों की पर्याप्त संख्या में आवेदन-पत्र नहीं प्राप्त होते हैं तो बचे हुए फ्लैट्स अनुसूचित जाति केआवेदकों को दे दिया जाएगा। ठीक ऐसे ही अगर अनुसूचित जाति के आवेदकों की संख्या कम पड़ती है तो उसे अनुसूचित जनजाति के हक में वितरित किया जाएगा।<br />
जानकारी के अनुसार कुल 25034 फ्लैटों में 17.5 प्रतिशत अनुसूचित जाति के लिए, 7.5 प्रतिशत अनुसूचित जनजाति के लिए, 1-1 प्रतिशत शहीद सैनिकों की विधवाओं, असक्त और भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के लिए आरक्षित किया जाएगा।<br />

<b>ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने की भी सुविधा</b>: डीडीए ने इस बार ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने की भी सुविधा दी है। इसके लिए डीडीए की साइट www.dda.org.in पर फार्म को डाउनलोड करना होगा। ऑनलाइन पेमेंट की सुविधा भी हाउसिंग स्कीम में दी गई है। लिहाजा आप अपने क्रेडिट और डेबिट कार्ड से पेमेंट कर सकते हैं।</div>

Con films are, by birth and concept, designed to stretch the limits of reality in a flawed environment. Style is invariably used over substance to hide real-world implications; it is futile to find plot loopholes when the genre is an audacious sleight-of-hand loophole. In this sense alone, Raja Natwarlal-an Ocean's 12th man of sorts-succeeds where many a desi conedy (con+comedy) dies an unimaginative death.<br /><br />The story is as simple as the formula of making the heroine a bar dancer in order to insert item songs at will: Raja (Hashmi) wants to avenge his partner Raghav's (Tijori) death after a botched job. He seeks the help of legendary conman Yogi (Rawal; spouting Rajat Aroraisms written by Sanjay Masoom) to ruin dreaded Cape Town based kingpin Vardha (Menon). They decide to take advantage of Vardha's cricket obsession by selling him a fake new team (Ahmedabad Avengers; I'm sold) in the domestic T20 franchise.<br /><br />An opportunity is lost during the formulaic dream team member assembly montage; they remain unremarkable characters without standout contributions or specializations. From here on, as the famous Abbas-Mastan philosophy goes, everything is planned. Sometimes, too planned. Every unforeseeable problem seems to have an equal and opposite solution. An entire fake world is created with such ease that you wonder why Vardha is considered to be the corrupt genius that he is. While Team Raja tries hard to stay two steps ahead of him, they are always three steps behind an able thinking audience. Twists can be sniffed from a mile away, but there's still the perverse satisfaction of being proved right while watching predictable events unfold.<br /><br />It is important that movie cons remain smart enough within the context of its universe, but theatrical enough for us to see through. While the introductory cons aren't exactly groundbreaking-from card tricks to classic car switcharoos- they're shot and cut with an assertive rhythm. Most importantly, I was fooled in the end-not by these ordinary innovations and unnecessary additions (cops, hitmen)-but by the final target. Perhaps because, when one is asked "Are you watching closely?" it is conveniently impossible to look outside the camera frame. This serves as both-a boon and a flaw-for magic in movies. Nevertheless, the shameless recreation of the famous monologue from The Prestige makes for an amusing revelatory sequence. Emraan Hashmi sports the face of a perennial hustler, and is much improved with better voice (and lip) modulation. Kay Kay as Vardha delivers one of the coolest interval shots in a long time-thanks to the director's voguish use of a thumping background score. Paresh Rawal is what Paresh Rawal does, and even Miss Malik contributes to the illusion as a striking song machine.<br /><br />This film is far from perfect, but makes for an acceptable non-Italian version of 'The Indian Job'-by entertaining solely within the confines of a revenge drama. The laughs are best left to Danny and gang.
